When it became time for my in-laws to leave their apartment dwelling because they needed more assistance, my
wife and I looked into many facilities and decided upon Sunnymere for several important reasons. The location
is beautifully set next to Phillips Park Golf Course with many mature trees for their relaxation. The staff
was very caring towards their individual needs, and their medical concerns were monitored throughout the day.
There were many activities offered to keep them involved and actively motivated. When it became clear that
my father-in-law was failing, their concern and loving support of his needs was very much appreciated. Rhonda
Sleezer and her staff were always available for questions and clarification. We were always kept informed of
needed information.
Sunnymere is also conveniently located near our home, which made it very easy to keep tabs on my in-laws needs
and concerns. Sunnymere gave us peace of mind and comfort during the difficult transition from independent
living to a more assisted living situation, which is always a concern for elderly people who have not relied
on assistance throughout their life.
